Flor-de-Lis serves the main meals of the day at the hotel EPIC SANA Lisboa – breakfast, lunch and dinner – offering the most refined national and international gastronomy with the signature of Chef Patrick Lefeuvre.

Decorated in beige and rusty tones, Flor-de-Lis is a space designed to provide a comfortable and sophisticated ambiance at all times of the day.

The food served is exclusively and specially prepared by the Chef, always using the freshest ingredients, adapted to the seasonal offer. The A La Carte service is available at lunch and dinner, offering a selection of tasteful dishes. At luch it is also possible to request an executive menu.

The wine cellar offers a discerning selection of national and foreign green and mature wines, as well as a selection of Portuguese sparkling wines and exquisite champagnes.

A space to relax in a sophisticated ambiance. Next to the EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel Lobby, Scale presents two completely different areas.

The indoor area is an open space with modern and elegant decoration, with an eloquent fusion of styles, in beige and rusty coloured tones. This is the ideal space to enjoy a drink from the diversified menu, which also includes snacks, sandwiches and salads.

The outdoor area, on the main terrace of the hotel, is a space designed for relaxation, where you can watch the golden sunset over the city with a selection of teas or a wine tasting.

The menu offers a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which you can accompany with one of the several snacks and sandwiches. Try the UpScale Colada – a refreshing cocktail made with pineapple juice, coconut ice cream and rum – or a gin & tonic.

While you enjoy this unique ambiance, the Chef suggests the selection of sushi & sashimi, tapas, crunchy snacks or salads. The famous Socca sandwiches, a unique delicacy from our kitchen, appear as a fresh and light suggestion for a summer day.
